The Macadamia Processing Company, Pacific Gold Macadamias, and Macadamia Marketing International jointly donated $10,000 to MCT

For the fourth year in a row, The Macadamia Processing Company, Pacific Gold Macadamias, and Macadamia Marketing International have jointly donated $10,000 to the Macadamia Conservation Trust. Such a generous donation shows their understanding of the intrinsic value of wild macadamias and their rainforest habitat, as well as the potential they hold for the macadamia industry. The Macadamia Processing Company is planting a macadamia tetraphylla seedling, the wild macadamia native to the northern rivers, to show visitors to the processing factory. The seedling was donated by Firewheel Nursery, you can find out more about them here. For more information, check out ABC North Coast’s story here.
