The Macadamia History Book

In this comprehensive history of macadamias, from ancient Gondwana through evolution in Australia to global food crop, Ian McConachie describes the growth of an industry and our duty to conserve the species on which it is based.

Ian has donated the book to raise funds for macadamia conservation. The 324 page, full-colour book is sold through Australian Scholarly Publishing: www.scholarly.info
